Crystal IS Significant Presence

Crystal IS will have a significant presence at the upcoming MRS Fall Meeting in Boston from December 1st through December 5th.

Several company representatives will be available to discuss possible R&D partnerships in materials and device development based on native, single-crystal AlN substrates. At the conference, several papers will be presented in Symposium Y: "GaN and Related Alloys" that depict results on Crystal IS' AlN substrates.
